Daniel, our Founder/CEO has worked in a variety of roles, across industries. Growing up, he was a martial arts instructor and Dojo manager. In College, he worked in Direct Sales and started his own on campus advertising company. After graduating, he held project management roles in translation and data marketing companies, managing campaigns for international telecommunication firms, sports leagues, and automotive dealers/servicers.

Daniel always had something calling him to Spain and left for the country in 2015. There, he dedicated himself to English language instruction and supporting social development initiatives around the world. One Small World Group was born to further support and link these initiatives while placing a new found focus in skills building and professional development. Daniel lives between Murcia, Spain, and Denver, Colorado.

Matt, our head of programs, like Daniel, originally hails from Colorado, having studied International Business at the prestigious University Of Denver, Daniel's College of Business.

Before coming to Spain, Matt held roles in accounting, research, and data management supporting International Ski Resort and Management Companies, Software Firms, and more. Matt enjoys skiing and mountain biking and currently lives in Murcia, Spain with his wife and daughter.

Marin, our head of instruction and development, has her degree in "Spanish for the Business Professions and Organizational Communications" from the University of Wisconsin. Like the others, Marin has also worked across industries in Sales, Technical Support, and Education. having also spent time as an English Instructor in Spain.
